Varieties:
Very old white and grey Grenache (50%) and old Macabeu (50%).
Yields inferior to 20hl/ha.
Terroir:
Very stony limestone located at the foot of the cliffs.

Vinification:
Traditional in white followed by a mutage (addition of alcohol) at middle fermentation. Ageing seven years in barrels (220L).
Tasting:
Complex nose combining citrus fruits, toasted almonds, dried figs and hazelnuts. The mouth is an alliance between the delicacy of the taste and the subtlety of the aromas.
Wine and food pairings:
Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a dry goat cheese, walnut cake or white cheese.
