2017 - Double Gold & Best International Gin @ American Distilling Institute Awards
The only Gin in Australia produced using our unique column and basket distillation method which retains delicate flavours and aromas.
A complex and savoury Gin distilled from a grape base and vapour infused with 12 botanicals selected for their purity and quality.
One of our more popular pinot noir - each year this wine seems to get better - outsanding value for the money!
Youthful aromatic expressions of sweet red cherries, mulberries and plums lead to a complex and lingering palate.
The oak is light and subtle to complement the fine grained tannins and supple acidity.
Brilliant shiny appearance with a high silver reflection. On the nose: a gentle mineral suggestion. On the palate the immediate hit of the CO2 emphasises a more masculine expression than with the still water. This CO2 in particular also shows off the minerality within the water - which remains gentle in texture, but with a slightly louder voice. If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expresses. There is a definite 'more-ish' quality to this quality sparkling water - the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds.

A super shiny appearance with a brilliant silver shimmer. On the nose: very neutral with a subtle fresh appeal. On the palate: the water has a soft feminine approach with a silken, slippery texture and a gentle crisp appeal. Very light in body with a subtle yet noticeable greywacke mineral lift. The finish: is refreshing and, like diving into a high altitude mountain lake, awakens the body, mind and palate.
The name says it all: Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour, it has a unique taste, thanks to the secret recipe, which has never been changed, with infusions of selected ingredients including bitter and sweet oranges and many other herbs (including rhubarb) and roots in perfect proportions.

The unique Beefeater recipe has changed little since the days of James Burrough. Beefeater’s crisp, clean, well balanced flavour is still derived from 100% natural ingredients, known as the botanicals, which are brought to the London Distillery from all over the world. The principal botanicals in Beefeater Gin are juniper, coriander and citrus peels, which provide the freshness and lift. The other botanicals in the recipe add complexity and depth.

One of our favourite and most popular red wines - medium body Shiraz with delicious harmony of fruit, spice and oak.
The opulent flavours are seductive and addictive: dark berries and chocolate and good oak including lashings of vanilla - silky tannins and a long finish - you won't be able to stop at a single glass!
The 2017 Biondi Santi Brunello is a testament to the estate's enduring commitment to quality. The 10 precious botanicals used in Bombay Sapphire gin are held separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released. The result? A complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavour.
Bombay Sapphire is a classic gin.
