This elegant Chardonnay is a great introduction to a wine from that region as it's similar to a white Burgundy Chardonnay and it's not oxidised (like other wines from this particular region). The wine is aged in big oak barrels which makes this wine complex retaining an amazing acidity and freshness. Golden color, notes of dried fruits, almonds and halzenuts, the palate is textural and good acidity remained.
The term "Etoile" refers to the tiny fossilles we can find in those vineyards, which has the star shape.
