Handpicked from Stonewell Road, Smyth Road and Flaxman’s Valley. 88% destemmed, 12% whole bunch, wild fermented, pressed to French oak (36% new, Saury, Vicard, Saint Martin), matured for 20 months in barrel. 4320 bottles produced.
