Straw yellow with green tinges. Distinctively aromatic, with a fine, stylish bouquet. Balanced, mellow, good structure.
The vineyards, located in the Jerzu area, are located on gentle slopes that reach the sea from the Gennargentu mountains, on the coasts famous for their white sand and colored water. The vineyards facing south, southeast are located on the hills at 350 - 450 meters above sea level. The soil is very varied, mostly of calcareous - schist origin. Older vineyards are trained using the single guyot system, with around 4,000 plants per hectare. The vines are on average 20 years old.
