Domaine Pichot Brut cuvee is made as a méthode traditionnelle brut without addition of liqueur at disgorgement as there is already some sugar in the wine before ageing on lees.
A very fresh and richly complex sparkling Vouvray aged on its lees up to 3 years until disgorgement with each order being prepared and freshly disgorged for us sur commande.
Very lively bubbles with ripe intense Chenin flavours, very fresh and quite full bodied.
Drinks very well as an aperitif and also throughout the meal with many richer courses being suitable.
