Using our Trashy Triple Sec as a base we macerate with layers of added citrus, gentian, rhubarb, rosella, davidson plum and anise myrtle. It sits somewhere between Campari and Aperol, but with a very distinctive sweet yet bitter Australian twist to the Italian spritz classics.
Herbal + bitter + sweet.
Goes down excellently in place of Aperol in a spritz or try with grapefruit or orange juice for a Garibaldi with pizazz.
