Nose & Palate: Bright raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry skin are lifted by hints of violet, dried herbs and a touch of warm earth. The oak influence is subtle, offering gentle spice and a whisper of clove without overpowering the fruit. On the palate the texture is supple yet focused, with fine tannins and lively acidity framing the red fruit core. A savoury thread of ironstone and crushed leaf carries through to a lingering finish of tart cherry and mineral spice.
