This Champagne hails from the prestigious Grand Cru village of Aÿ, known for producing powerful and age-worthy Pinot Noir - which shines through in this rosé.
Made predominantly from Pinot Noir, with a splash of Chardonnay for elegance, it's crafted using traditional methods, including a minimum of 36 months ageing on the lees. This gives the wine incredible complexity and depth of flavour, while remaining wonderfully fresh and lively.
